      Great people to work with. One of the few companies that has an advantage of employing techinically sound work force in a civil engineering field.

      Supervisors were switched a lot in the last few years. Restructuring the company has really not paid dividends. Company still expertimenting.

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

      Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
