      They rely on a cash-cow product, and struggle to bring anything else to market. Management is inept, and the micro-management is excruciating.

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.
