      At this company, we are given the freedom to work independently, which is motivating. It just means that our supervisors trust our abilities to perform well. They also provide us with feedback on how to improve our jobs. Overall, I have been enjoying the ride. I hope to work here longer!

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.
