      I think our leaders propel us in the right direction. They keep introducing innovation to the company and our systems. They have this I CAN attitude, which is inspiring. They also believe and trust in our abilities.

      Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.
