      The only thing that Woolpert had going for them was their freedom to work policy.

      Ever since COVID, Woolpert is in a state of trying to find their true identity through trial and error. They had a series of reorganizations but the results were still the same. They also bought other firms every other month, but we did not know how they would function or contribute to our workflow, so it was just confusing as to why the acquisitions instead of hiring externally/promoting internally.

Historically 2-3 firms join Woolpert per year; our acquisitions add staff who build onto and supplement internal career development to achieve our vision to be a premier global AEG Company. We definitely value the voice of our employees and are always looking for ways to improve. We conduct global surveys twice a year; our latest one just concluded where we had nearly 90% participation!       Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

      A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

      Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
