bullied racially and fired at 5 and half months . gave two weeks leave and fired just before probation period ends.alloted 10-2 during summers regularly. no shifts and had to find another work to sustain myself. earned 270 AUD as part time where casuals got more shifts. got phonecalls harassments even after work(6am) , had to explain everything what I did as a QnA session to my manager everyday after work on phone .harrased AF , complained many times , didnt work . Just got 3 shifts with 4 hrs each
