In my experience, the Sales team culture is becoming a significant weakness of the company. • Management communication within Sales frequently lacked empathy and professionalism. Comments on personal topics (such as age, living situation, or relationship status), raised voices, and sustained pressure were common during my time there. • Pipeline reviews were confrontational, often creating discomfort and discouragement rather than enabling improvement.
