Employees mistakes because asked to multi-task which increases mistakes by 40%. Say it will take 4-6 months, give you less than 2 weeks. Very poor training. No practice with other new hires, no script for assessment questions, poor documentation to refer back to. (Patient follow-up's) Work with a clock ticking all day for company to check if your are working too slow or talk a litle longer to gather information.
