Was hoping the recent changes in management will increase the lack of communication but haven’t seen it yet. When working in the virtual world, communication is even more vital. Poor training and support.

We continue to enhance our Leadership Training to help new and experienced managers in their roles. We have also made improvements to our communication with new tools such as a company intranet site, virtual HR update meetings and an employee feedback form. middle management cares a lot lots of autonomy

pay is not close to what is needed to survive in the market i work in no ability for growth pay for the same job with in the company is all over the place upper management is out of touch with the work force need a 2nd job to stay above water 401k match is horrid
