Work Market is the first true startup that I have worked for and its been a great career choice. Its moving towards a product driven culture that uses data and research to make decisions. There is a defined vision coming from the top of the company that is filtered down to the different departments. There is a good balance of drive to be successful and a flexible culture with different senior management leads pushing their teams to be better each day.

Since the company is growing we are adding a number of people, especially in engineering, so there is sometimes a gap in domain knowledge and getting people up to speed. We are also moving away from a sales driven culture and there are some pain points with communicating with sales and the process there.
