Leadership seems clueless of the problems of the company and of the behaviour of some of the people in the "higher grounds". A lot of the teams were overworked, but the leadership did not do anything about it, and just asked to "do more". During my stay at Workmotion there were several layoffs, some "official" and some "silent". Overall, not a place that you should consider for your next job, only posiitive was the ability to work from abroad for up to 6 months per year.
