Fast moving company, constantly evolving and improving so you arent stuck doing the same thing for too long 5. Leadership isnt perfect and they woukd be the first to admit but they genuinely care, take feedback seriously and are always trying to make things better

1. As its a start up there a lot of change so if you are someone who likes predictability it might feel overwhelming at times. 2. Expectations are high and the pace can be intense at times. Its not a typical 9-5 so probably not the best fit if you are looking for something relaxed.
