Fairly flexible schedule. It was good for someone with no experience.

They were very poor in being in contact or taking any kind of action to help with an accident I suffered while driving. I would understand if they were in contact with me and told me this isn't our problem. But I was ghosted for weeks at which point the insurance company send me a second letter to give to them as it turns out the first was "lost" after I personally handed it to someone at the office.

Usually plenty of sites and jobs to choose from, and the contact personnel are pleasant and efficient.

Pay could be better, not quite to par with working directly with the client.
