Start at the top, ELT has no idea what's going on and more importantly, no accountability. The company has not changed with the times and only adjusts by doing layoffs frequently. If you join, you'll make less than market, you may work your way up, but you will not gain transferable experience for a future opportunity and you absolutely will not earn more for taking on more. You'll see the writing on the wall, be given opportunities to speak up, then you'll be booted off. I would never recommend this company or product to anyone.
