The culture is awful. Aneel coming back face a moment of hope and lifted spirits but the sales org culture it’s terrible. You arent anything more than a number on a piece of paper. They’re a payroll company who can’t even pay out commissions timely. High level leaders have no idea what the reality is within the orgs. They preach one thing and the actual actions are the opposite. I honestly feel like everything we have to do is more sales prevention than sales acceleration. The sales reps are only ever in it for themselves. Not the customer, not the business and not their team. I got a “buddy” who never even met with me (awesome welcome). I’ve worked in large and small companies and I’ve never experienced anything like this.
