Steady job, most people leave have never experienced someone be fired

Little growth and promotion and hiring process takes a while

- Small classes (>10 students) - Freedom to teach lessons how I see fit (as long as I cover the requirements) - Slide decks for in-class presentations are provided for each week

- The provided slide decks often require a good amount of modifying (mostly a con for me, I always spend lots of time searching for photos and creating graphics specifically for the lesson)
