No professional conduct, consistent methods of operation, or honesty what so ever. The department is comprised of minimally experienced individuals lead by a manager that no longer has the drive to push the network forward. Even if the staff were to conduct themselves like professionals, the sub-par network you are forced to work with will have you pulling your hair out. Snail like bandwidth, aging hardware and an afterthought approach to software solutions sums up the domain to one of the worst networks I have worked on. Even the “new” equipment that is purchased is the strip-down, bottom of the barrel version you can get. Budget processing power and clearance solutions are the best ideas that can be thought of. Prepare yourself to see daily equipment failures.
