It's also a lot of fun to beat the competition. - Growth. The company is growing, fast. - Profitability - Culture. As you'd expect from an employee recognition company, the culture at Globoforce is truly special. The recognition program for example gets exceptionally high usage and funding. It's truly motivating to do great work in an environment where culture is important.

Because of the growth, there's just tons of work to do! Particularly when you're waiting to fill open positions with great candidates, work can overwhelm if you're not careful.
