Amazing people and supportive teams. Recognition awards are great, was able to get about $3,000 in gift cards and rewards per year.

Leadership is a little stale, not as up to date on HR policies and benefits as they preach to customers. Bit of an identity crisis by trying to do too many things at once (are we a conference? are we a product? are we an awards program?...etc...) making it challenging for teams to prioritize. Typical growing pains but needs to be figured out.

Thank you for your feedback. There have been comprehensive changes to our organization as we have grown rapidly over the last few years. Our existing leadership teams have been augmented by new leadership talent, which combined knowledge and experience have given us even more reasons to be confident of the future direction of the business and department specific strategies.

We'd also note that while recognition awards are an important part of our Total Rewards philosophy and are reflected in employees' Total Rewards statements, they are separate from base salary and bonus compensation. Recognition is first and foremost about celebrating meaningful contributions and impact, while also providing employees with tangible rewards for the great work they do.
