Layoff weren’t handled well, confirmed internally by CEO. They have plans to shrink even more the work force, but they don’t call it layoff.. Company is very dependent on EPAM contract.

Thank you for your feedback. The layoffs were an extremely difficult time for us all and it will take time for the effects to pass. We are committed to doing all we can to support people, take their feedback onboard and approach this phase with honest, transparent communications. Hopefully you have seen that already. Just to address your comment about the layoffs; our redundancy process has been completed and there is currently nothing else like this in place, formally or informally.
