Too many tech issues, not being paid for trainings, always being reprimanded about metrics but they can't be kept up with because of all the tech issues(having to release hrs or AHT being too high for client) pay is definitely too low I made more money working w-2 part-time

We also want to clarify that agents operate as independent contractors rather than employees. This means individuals are responsible for managing their own taxes, which is standard for independent contracting roles. $0.29 cents per talk time min. Even if your scheduled for certain times and are logged in you still dont get paid unless your on a call!! Some BS QA reviews!!
