We want to highlight that internal promotions are an important part of our company culture. In fact, 50% of our managers, including two VPs, were promoted from within. We’re proud of our commitment to fostering growth opportunities for our employees.
Regarding the incident with the customer, a comment was made to the effect of "now you're an official Workiz employee." This was immediately addressed both internally and externally, as it doesn’t align with our company values. We take these matters seriously and are committed to ensuring our employees feel supported.
