National tour credit, got to perform across the country in a fun show

They will do the bare minimum the contract requires and that’s it. No one feels special or valued regardless of how much you give yourself to the job. There is no acknowledgment of the sacrifices you’re making to make this show happen night after night and you just end up feeling like a cog in the wheel.
