This company is psycho Employees are being lay off all the time in every quarter. It's shocking. I've never met a company that has done this kind of viciousness before. The CEO works too comfortably. There is no employee development policy, but choose to hire out and find new employees. Don't loose yourself up here. Many employees can do it for 2-3 months. Once they know the internal structure, they can lay off. This company definitely has no way to prosper (in Thailand). Do not apply. Because this company will like to lure with high wages. But you can risk being lay off every second, in any position,even from the head of operations to the housekeeper.
