There are some good people on the team, and the workload is not too demanding, which means that it is not an unpleasant place to spend the day. There's frequently free food and numerous (irrelevant) celebrations.

I have never worked anywhere with worse management than this. They are passive aggressive and dishonest. Everything is all smiles and talk of teams and cultures, but in reality they are scared and mean. Fighting for bigger pieces of a shrinking pie. Each new iteration of the leadership team (and there are frequent coups) is worse than the previous one.
