Because each location is individually franchised, an employee's experience will be based on what location they worked at and the owner. My employment experience was not good AT ALL! Pros: - Free gym membership - Great staff and customers to interact with - A lot of free time at work

It was impossible) -Embarassingly low pay (owner paid a monthly salary which equated to $7 an hour and expected you to make the rest of your money through commission which was impossible) -Long hours (expect 10-12 hour days) -Not much to do while you're at work -High employee/personal trainer turnover because everyone is not paid enough to want to stick around -Upper management barely visited the gym to address issues and concerns
