My request to all the ones trying to find about the company and want to understand about it please go through the feedback in detail, here is my feedback: the company has no goal/vision/mission the people here are not matured including management in this company has more of favoritism(within 7 members team) here(@startup) we can find politics like MNC's if you are planning for the long term then this is not the place, you will be thrown out of the company after you complete the tasks/in 3months once you complete a probationary period, no job security no proper communication within teams no flexibility if you are asked to leave/ you are leaving on your own then all your mistakes are pointed out and never pay your salary/pay only half salary, this shows no leadership qualities throughout the company no learning opportunity
