Working for a management company, it can be difficult to make decisions when you are not the owner of the asset. Managing multiple brands can be difficult at times, but it's also a challenge and keeps me working at my best.

Nice office, some nice employees

Shockingly unethical leadership, fairly low wages, lack of diversity, lack of mutual respect and understanding with employees at every level, poor business organization and communication.
