9yThis site is intended to provide honest feedback regarding our company and the employee experience. This "review" is completely unfounded, but we will respond line by line to ensure transparency.
At Processing Point we do strive to provide innovative and exciting perks. The CEO is very involved in this process and takes pride in providing benefits that help make life and the workday more enjoyable for all employees. Processing Point doesn’t consider providing innovative benefits “showing off”; every perk and benefit we offer fulfills a unique need that most employees are excited to have at their disposal.
Like any company Processing Point looks to employee referrals when hiring for new positions however our work force is made up than less than 10% referrals; certainly not an amount that could be described by using the term "masses", especially when you consider that our referrals come from our entire workforce, not one specific person.
We take privacy very seriously and believe it’s very unethical to make comments about others compensation. Further, this accusation is completely false. This number is clearly one picked to throw harm at the organization and specifically our CEO. Processing Point has earned some of the highest distinctions for dedication to our staff.
