Owned by Berkshire Hathaway, so they aren't going away anytime soon. Everyone knows the company brand and has good memories of its once great past.

Senior managers prefer to cut their way to profitability rather than investing in growth, which is why they have gone from 3000 employees to less than 150. Company is caught in a death spiral it will never get out of. Things got worse every year. Stingy benefits package is the bare bones allowed by law, everything else has been cut.
