      Senior management unable to provide coherent strategic direction, frequent changes and restructures, with the arrival of COVID the Forum needs to find ways to reinvent itself and its products, this is not really happening

      Great exposure to ideas, good broad experience that can be applied to other jobs

      Lots of infighting at the top, leaks down to lower levels. The Forum makes poor hiring decisions and teams suffer.
