The ones who continue for more than 2 years have their own reasons - either they are too comfortable doing repetitive tasks, or have realized that they are incompetent to work anywhere else. Very bad reputation of the company culture - laughably political, chaotic and poor management direction. Founder Schwab always had a good vision, but he looks and talks constipated, and that's what translates down the ranks.
