When it comes to making money it is all based on how well you do. Their is no one to hold you back or make you jump through hoops. There is no quota that you have to meet, and no pressure put on you. If you don't want to make money then that is up to you. You work whatever hours you want with no required office hours. The other great thing is you can do this part-time while you work at your current job.

You are considered an independent contractor, which means the only way to make money is to recruit and sell. And there are zero benefits. If you didn't have this 'con' then you wouldn't have the 'pro' of freedom
