      Overworking employees, special treament for family memebers. Pay is not competitive. People are leaving faster than hiring.

      Thank you for your feedback. We continue to evaluate our staffing needs and make adjustments accordingly. As new agencies onboard we calibrate the workload, hire new employees and support our team members as needed. World offers a comprehensive benefit package to all employees and model our compensation ranges to the external and internal markets. We value all our employees, and employee retention is of the utmost importance to us. Thank you again for sharing.

      Opportunity to move due to small company size, visibility is accessible.

      Work from home/remote work culture is non-existent. Pay is mediocre for the world expected. Benefits are expensive, not impressive.
