      Ability to work from home, some very talented pool of co workers!

      Account Execs are not respected. Too many levels of management that are always in meetings and can't take your calls. My boss never called me back and never defended the team or acted as an advocate for her staff when help was needed. Work load was unbearable and the client service non existent. Not fair to staff or customers . No chance for advancement, sometimes not even an annual review. My opinion is based on years of experience and not sour grapes..it just never got better over time, as hoped. If you enjoy this...this is your place!

      Opportunity to move due to small company size, visibility is accessible.

      Work from home/remote work culture is non-existent. Pay is mediocre for the world expected. Benefits are expensive, not impressive.
