      Growing rapidly. Pay adequate for roles

      Communication throughout the company needs to be better. Posting things on their intranet isn’t always the best place to communicate. No happy with sending work oversees.

      Opportunity to move due to small company size, visibility is accessible.

      Work from home/remote work culture is non-existent. Pay is mediocre for the world expected. Benefits are expensive, not impressive.
