      I was a Risk Management Intern at World Insurance Associates during the summer of 2024. I thought it was an overall great experience with many pros vs. very little cons. Additionally, I was offered a full-time role that I had started in July 2025. On top of that I was offered a part-time role from October till July which helped me pay for my tuition! - It was a great look into the insurance industry. - Very supportive management and team. - Many seminars to listen and learn from experienced individuals in the insurance industry. - Real projects that are not just busy work.

      Opportunity to move due to small company size, visibility is accessible.

      Work from home/remote work culture is non-existent. Pay is mediocre for the world expected. Benefits are expensive, not impressive.
