Stay away from this place, it’s unhealthy to where you have to watch your back. It’s riddled with a top-down culture, and lackluster leadership. There is no loyalty to people or their families. You are literally a number. I observed the top-down leadership in action and how two faced they are, often nice to your face, but talking about people behind their backs/closed doors. Too scared to let others learn, grow, and share new ideas. Instead, they are consumed managing up, marking their own territory and busy fear mongering, just to protect their jobs and bonus. The leaders love to hear themselves talk and have employees fawn over their every word. They draw you into their false “family culture” until it’s bonus time - then they will just let you go. But keep their bonuses of course!
