The benefits and work environment are good. There are many company functions such as the yearly picnic, corporate run, Halloween/Thanksgiving/Holiday party etc.

Svantaggi

Stress levels can be high. Recent layoffs have made many employees nervous about loosing their job. Work can be monotonous depending on what department your in. Employees are last to know about new changes and are usually heard by rumors before management.

One of the biggest challenges is the lack of a clear, modern vision for marketing and how technology should be used to drive growth, improve customer experience, and reduce churn. Marketing is often treated as a support function rather than a strategic driver of revenue, and there is limited investment in the tools, data infrastructure, and experimentation needed to build scalable demand generation and lifecycle programs. Decision-making can feel reactive rather than strategic, and there is often a disconnect between leadership priorities and the realities of modern digital marketing. As a result, opportunities to leverage data, automation, and customer insights to create measurable growth are frequently missed.
