Solid foundation and continued growth despite the current economy

Room for advancement if you rub the right elbows of senior management and are at the right place at the right time as they typically hire upper management from outside the company rather than from within. Lots of unpaid overtime is mandatory to complete job requirements Expect to be thrown into the job with very little guidance or training.
