L'intero processo è stato chiaro fin dall'inizio, dalle aspettative ai passaggi successivi. Ho apprezzato la tempestività con cui il team delle Risorse Umane mi ha contattato durante il processo e il modo in cui hanno fatto sì che i colloqui sembrassero più conversazioni autentiche che semplici interrogatori. Il tono era amichevole ma professionale, il che mi ha fatto sentire molto a mio agio e mi ha permesso di dare il massimo.

Svantaggi

Onestamente, non mi viene in mente nulla di particolare. Anzi, essendo l'azienda piuttosto grande, alcuni passaggi del processo richiedono naturalmente un po' più di tempo, il che è comprensibile e non ha influito negativamente sulla mia esperienza complessiva, ma vale la pena tenerlo a mente per i futuri candidati.

One of the biggest challenges is the lack of a clear, modern vision for marketing and how technology should be used to drive growth, improve customer experience, and reduce churn. Marketing is often treated as a support function rather than a strategic driver of revenue, and there is limited investment in the tools, data infrastructure, and experimentation needed to build scalable demand generation and lifecycle programs. Decision-making can feel reactive rather than strategic, and there is often a disconnect between leadership priorities and the realities of modern digital marketing. As a result, opportunities to leverage data, automation, and customer insights to create measurable growth are frequently missed.
