-Management was non-existent, 3 managers left within a month - high turnovers - Managers have been let go for stealing. - Associates do managers work without compensation. - reviews are a joke, no raises are given, and little positive feedback - they are looking for you to fail. - Things in stockroom fall over all the time, including sales floor. - Business is slow all the time and Managers take it out on associates for not selling enough even though we are doing our best. - if a costumer was angry at you, managers would leave you to fend for yourself even if you called for them. - workload is impossible with such little time and costumer servicing. - Job training and paper work is ignored by management.
