The management is very approachable, they don't have a problem with sharing ideas and actively encourage it, especially when it comes to ideas that help improve the company. They respect their employees, the president and leadership will routinely visit and have real meaningful conversations with the employees without preference. They recognize hard work, and will reward going the extra mile. It's still very family like here, there isn't the competitive, back-biting, undercutting that many corporate world companies have. Employees are treated fairly and justly and are very good about supporting you and your family.

As with all sales driven companies, more focus and attention is given to the sales people. While management acknowledges and respects support staff, sales people are obviously first among equals. It's not uncommon to work later than 5:30 (Hours are from 8:30 - 5:30) to finish tasks especially with support people.
