      Truly some amazing people at WWT with tons of technical talent. At an individual team level there are some great things happening around the company. WWT can be a great place for people early on in their career to get exposure to different technical domains, enterprise sales, etc. There are a few really good executives throughout the company. The C Level leadership team cares about the employees and have established a solid approach to culture and values. The benefit costs are amazing compared to current corporate norms.

      Pay seems to trend below market average for many technical roles in emerging technical areas. Many organizational and management failures due to personal relationships being a significant factor in advancement and hires. The "Saint Louis Club" and other nicknames are used internally to describe this long-term problem. Causes a direct conflict with the core values and leadership principles. Significant focus has been put on obtaining external awards which do not necessarily reflect the day to day experiences of many of the teams. This has created a disconnect in reality between the executive team and many of the employees.

We are a St. Louis based company therefore nearly all our employees and executives are based here, so we can understand some of these perceptions. We are unfamiliar with your reference to external awards. We have been very fortunate to be acknowledged as a Great Place To Work.       Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

      - Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
