Outdated mentality - (no flexibility or considerations to their employees) COO came out and said flat out: "We only care about the money coming in, if you don't like it this is not the place for you". CEO doesn't really exist, he's just the face of the owners. Senior managers are there because of personal friendships. HR is nonexistent.
