The CEO by his attitude and inaction has allowed a toxic culture to flourish. The turnover of staff is phenomenal, people at the top are dispensed with on a whim, HR change staff on a monthly basis, There is no point getting to know anyone as it’s unlikely you will see them for long. The real issue is the CEO and the investors need to realise this before they throw even more money at this circus. He can sack every other acronym he doesn’t like but the problems which have derailed the IPO are still there and if anything made worse by the instability. Real change is needed at the very top, he needs to accept it is he who has failed and not the countless number of good people he has thrown under the bus like a fledging dictator. The only hope for this place is they address the very toxic culture of bullying and rude behaviour noted in various teams, remove the CEO and build a team who can share and build knowledge of the business, desperately lacking due to the continued turnover. The IPO is not going to happen the company needs to cut costs so I don’t see a future in this place. All The good people are either being kicked out or have seen the writing on the wall and started to look for another job. They also prevented people from taking their holidays last year and despite a promise are not honouring their legal obligations which I here is being reported in a pending tribunal I can guarantee that the HR team won’t rally to write a fake review to counter this like they used to as the spirit is broken.
