Travel exposure – Opportunity to work in different locations and gain experience coordinating logistics on the ground. Skill development – Builds strong skills in customer service, crisis management, communication, and coordination under pressure. Team camaraderie – Fellow coordinators are often supportive, collaborative, and bonded by shared long days and challenges.

Hours – Days can be extremely long, extending early mornings through late nights. Seasonal / temporary nature – Limited long-term growth or advancement opportunities within the role.
