Super Chill work environment, great for someone in or right out of college. The harder you work the more money you make, Not necessary to work hard however.

If you run into a situation that needs to be escalated it can be hard to get management to help which can from time to time be stressful.

If leadership is not qualified, leader is placed on PIP and contractor terminated. - Everyone is afraid to speak, most speak openly about wanting to leave and applying to other jobs
