They’re always willing to help you learn and understand the ins and outs of the company. It's clear they care deeply about both their staff and their members. I felt like my time, input, and ideas were valued and acknowledged. The team gets things done efficiently while still maintaining a positive and encouraging work culture. As a marketing intern, I learned so many valuable aspects of marketing and was given the space to grow and put those skills into practice—an experience that’s truly shaped my professional development.

I only wish there had been a full-time opportunity available after the internship. I understand that the internship wasn’t intended to lead to a full-time role, but I would have loved to continue being part of such a great team.
