Senior Management attitude to staff is very poor, terrible staff satisfaction, culture of blame, lip service only to work life balance. Unreasonable expectations and pressure from Senior Management. Lack of respect for workers and poor treatment. Unfair pay awards promotions based on favourites rather than results.
